The North Queensland Cowgirls is an Australian women's rugby league team based in the city of Townsville. The team was founded in 2017 and joined the Women's National Rugby League (WNRL) for the 2018 season. The Cowgirls are one of the four professional teams that make up the Cowboys organization, alongside the men's team, the Under-20s team, and the East-West ShockWaves rugby team.
